As a manufacturer of flat springs and leaf springs, Industrial Spring Corporation offers our customers a wide variety of options for types ranging from semi-elliptical springs, to four slide springs, to non-automotive leaf springs. We work with several different materials including annealed spring steels and special tempered springs, along with cold rolled steel, phosphor bronze, and more. In addition to the fourslide machine, we can produce flat springs using our vertislide, as well as spring steel stampings in a punch press.

We offer a large range of widths, from 0.090 in. (2.286 mm) up to 3.0 in. (76.2 mm), as well as lengths up to 12 in. (304.8 mm) and thickness up to 0.125 in. (3.175). Minimum thickness is 0.005 in. (0.127 mm). In order to best meet your needs, we manufacture in all quantities, from single unit prototype runs up to million unit production runs. Our Kan-ban, J.I.T., and blanket order services ensure the best inventory control for you. We can assist in other areas as well, including design services and product testing.
