Extension springs, springs that rest in the closed or shorter position, are used in all types of industry: agricultural, industrial, military, transportation, and more. Industrial Spring Corporation’s capacity to manufacture extension springs in many different shapes and end types allows us to meet any requirement you may have. We produce springs in barrel, conical, hourglass, and straight shapes, with end types including full loops, machine loops, and finger loops, as well as swivel hooks, draw bars, and rectangular ends.

We work with a wide range of materials: stainless steel alloys and music wire as well as less conventional metals like Inconel, Monel, and phosphor bronze. Our spring production capacity runs as long as 40 ft. (12.192 m) or as short as 0.187 in. (4.75 mm), with wire diameters up to 0.375 in. Once we’ve manufactured your extension springs, we offer a full suite of finishing services: painting, plating, powder coating, stress relieving, and any other finish or treatment the project may require.
